The Top HiFi (Option 688) Add-an-Amp harness kit for RAM + Booster modules is designed to add a 9-ch aftermarket amp/DSP to the RAM and Booster modules to power all OEM speakers. The harnesses install in between the RAM (7ch – components) and the Booster respectively (2ch – woofers), keeping all OEM iDrive features intact while splitting the inputs and outputs to interface with aftermarket amp/DSP.

Aftermarket amp/DSP must have a minimum of 6ch high-level inputs (up to 30V) capability with turn-on signal sense.
