The E6x HiFi system is configured as follows:

– iDrive unit powers front and rear speakers with 25W per channel with a high passed, high level, slightly EQ signal.
– OEM amp in trunk powers the underseat woofers with 40W per channel with a low passed, high level, slightly EQ signal.

The E6x HiFi Full harness is designed for experienced DIYer’s and/or professional installers. Ordering of the E6x HiFi Full harness does not include install support of any aftermarket equipment. Support is only limited to problems or/and warranty with the harness itself.

iDrive high level output signals must be low converted to add an aftermarket amp to them. A DSP is the best solution between the iDrive/OEM amp and aftermarket amps.

Warranty of harness is one year from purchase date. Professional install is strongly suggested.
